I have to admit to being disappointed with Northwich I thought it would be like Nantwich but sadly it is very run down. Some interesting architecture but the town planners have allowed too many carbuncle structures to be built and access and parking is limited

Not a very good shopping experience especially at the cost of building the shops of which quite a few are still empty several years after completion.

Shops that are open are good, just a couple of empty units. The outdoor art work is fantastic ended up acting like a real tourist and photoed all of them. Good that it leads you into the town too so local businesses get a look in too. Will be back!

Dissapointing place with very few shops to visit. Units were built some years ago but the uptake by companies has been incredibly slow.

Barons Quay mystery
The area that Barons Quay is ideally located in the centre of Northwich town centre, the area has been well designed and the buildings and grounds very well thought out but the problem still remains of the amount of empty units still available, if filled whether it be high street chain stores or not the area would thrive, personally speaking let's give some of the local talented people of Northwich a chance to showcase their talents and make good use of these vacated premises, it's time to buck the trend of empty high streets and let the local area thrive

The Barons Quay is a modern upto date shopping area that is well maintained and thought out however the amount of empty units there makes it less appealing to the average shopper, if all units were occupied it would be a great addition for Northwich but at present there's still a way to go

What a waste, no wonder cheshire west council is skint. Get some buisnesses in and lower the rent, better than your empty rooms

Generally ok shopping centre, quite hard to navigate, and there is no way for a dog to leave the car park according to their rules, slightly odd not to have a staircase that allows dogs, never have seen that before.
